Systems and modules

ONE.HW.01

Non-stop operation / A/B redundancy

High-volume ingredient lines have a primary line and a hot-swap backup. When the primary empties, the machine switches automatically and keeps serving while a person refills the empty line.

ONE.HW.02

Parallel build pipeline

Cup dispensing, ice handling, liquid pours and nitrogen injection operate concurrently. The cup travels between stations and receives each component as it becomes ready. Delivery takes 20–35 seconds from order to serve.

ONE.HW.03

Tumbling ice hopper / 100 kg

Continuous agitation prevents ice from fusing and clogging the dispenser. It accepts cubes, cylinders and other locally available formats. Refillable during service.

ONE.HW.04

Aroma system

Each channel atomizes a citrus, herbal or custom essential oil around the serving point. Intensity and duration are recipe-controlled: a slow orange-oil release for an Old Fashioned or a grapefruit aroma for a Negroni.

ONE.HW.05

Fresh-citrus cutter / optional

Three independent loaders hold lemons, Tahiti limes and oranges, with approximately 90 fruits on board. Pneumatic pistons push fruit through a 12-wedge cutter. Recipes specify the wedges; fruit is cut on demand, never pre-cut.

ONE.HW.06

Compote pump / optional

An in-house large-bore peristaltic pump uses 1.5-inch tubing and four channels. It moves whole fruit chunks and thick strawberry, passion fruit or pineapple compotes, supporting drinks such as passion fruit Caipirinha.

ONE.HW.07

Dehydrated garnish

A four-slot auger-fed dispenser supports dehydrated fruit, juniper berries, seeds, nuts and chili flakes. It also supports venues with restrictions on fresh fruit.

ONE.HW.08

Brand canvas / 43″ 4K

The entire display experience is themeable: attract loop, ordering, build animation and post-pour celebration. A kiosk can carry a complete brand identity with no visible DrinkBox branding. Video plays during preparation.

Experience and engagement

43″ display, onboard sensors and fleet-connected interactions.

ONE.UX.01

Interaction and gamification

Ordering can include easter eggs, mini-games and trivia that reward guests with drinks or upgrades. Campaign-controlled rules and rewards turn waiting into entertainment.

ONE.UX.02

Social loop

Guests post a photo tagging the brand and scan the machine QR. After verification, the machine pours a reward drink, connecting service to social sharing.

ONE.UX.03

AI photo booth

The machine photographs the guest, restyles the image in the brand’s visual language and provides a QR for download and sharing within the ordering flow.

ONE.UX.04

Facial recognition and real-time AI

On-device vision supports age verification, returning-guest personalization and mood-based recommendations. Anonymous analytics include audience counts, dwell time and demographics, enabling menu adaptation to the room.

ONE.UX.05

Event and macro-event sync

Machines subscribe to a live event feed. A headliner taking the stage or a DJ drop can trigger synchronized shot offers and screen animations across every machine.

ONE.UX.06

Data capture and lead generation

Opt-in flows connect face, social handle and drink choice in one CRM profile. Records export as structured first-party data, with themeable interactions synchronized across the fleet.
